Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering space where you can move freely, comfortably, and confidently - no matter your background, fitness level, or whether you wear a hijab (scarf) or not.Our studio is completely private, with female-only trainers and no risk of being seen by men. It’s a space where Muslim women can truly feel at ease, and where all women are welcome to train in comfort.Whether you're coming for strength, stress relief, or sisterhood - we’ve got a class for you.What we offer:

Qawiyun is for the brothers - a space for physical growth, mental fortitude, and spiritual brotherhood. Our men-only sessions are designed to push limits and build a disciplined, connected Ummah through physical challenge.Weekly Sessions:Foundations: Master the basics of weightlifting and strength
Flight Mode: Develop speed and explosiveness through plyometrics
RAW: Bodyweight-based strength endurance & calisthenics prep
